We are looking for a driven and ambitious
Senior Account Executive to join our fast-growing team and take ownership of our expansion in the CEE market. This is not a traditional sales role as you will co-build our CEE sales hub and drive our international AWS go-to-market in close collaboration with our founders and senior sales staff.
In this role, you will lead strategic sales cycles with enterprise and mid-market clients, build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers. Your focus:
driving AWS consulting and engineering growth across CEE and beyond. You will shape market entry, create pipeline from scratch, and become a central figure in how we scale group-wide.
This means in your day-to-day you will:- Build and execute our CEE go-to-market strategy
- Create and close new business in CEE and international markets
- Develop strategic accounts and grow them through cross- and upsell
- Establish and scale our CEE sales hub as a key engine of international growth
- Navigate multiple stakeholders including C-level, IT and business leaders
- Position cloud and AWS as a driver for business transformation
- Build long-term relationships with decision makers and economic buyers
- Leverage AWS programs, partner teams and joint go-to-market initiatives
This is a hunter role with farmer upside: you create the pipeline and then grow it into long-term, high-value customer relationships.
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS, IT services or technology sales
- Proven ability to win new business and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- A hunter mindset combined with the ability to grow and retain strategic accounts
- Confidence in working with C-level and senior decision makers
- Fluent English and a CEE-language, ideally Serbian
- A high-ownership, entrepreneurial mindset
AWS or Cloud experience is a plus but not required. We will train you in depth.
